Vassili Touline is a private equity partner, entrepreneur, and attorney with over a decade of experience structuring and funding complex investment transactions across real estate and private credit. As a founding partner of AVS Partners, a boutique private equity firm, he sources and manages unique investment opportunities with a focus on revenue-based financing, oil & gas, and real estate.
Vassili has raised and managed capital from global investors through a variety of vehicles, including funds structured under the federal EB-5 program. He owns and operates a USCIS-designated regional center in Ohio, through which he has financed major real estate developments by aligning foreign investor capital with high-impact U.S. projects.
In parallel to his investment leadership, Vassili brings a distinguished legal background, having advised family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional clients across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia. His legal career spans top consulting firms and private practices, with a specialization in cross-border real estate transactions, private equity structuring, and joint ventures.
Currently, at AVS Partners, Vassili leverages his combined legal and investment expertise to drive strategic growth and create differentiated, yield-focused opportunities for global investors.
Sid Kamisetti, Esq.

Sid Kamisetti is a private equity principal and attorney with deep experience sponsoring and overseeing complex investment transactions across a range of sectors including technology, oil & gas, real estate, and private credit. As a founder of AVS Partners, a boutique private equity firm, Sid oversees a diverse portfolio of strategic investments.
Prior to his role at AVS Partners, he has successfully sponsored investment funds backed by international limited partners through the federal EB-5 program and owns a USCIS-designated regional center in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Through this platform, he has financed large-scale U.S. real estate developments by aligning foreign capital with high-impact domestic projects.
With over a decade of legal experience in both in-house and private practice roles, Sid is also an experienced attorney. His legal expertise spans a wide range of transactional matters, including cross-border real estate, private equity structuring, and joint ventures. He is also a licensed patent attorney.
